Industry parts carrier with 3000+ customers and 740+ vendors , full charge processing of all accounts payable software ECO, PeopleSoft, reconciled bank balances, recorded general ledger entries, established customer credit lines and set up credit accounts with vendors Prepared email correspondence to a variety of departmental/inter-departmental and/or third party contacts Human Resources—Manage and report data in the automated HR/payroll system and be responsible for the overall records management for the department. Assisted Payroll process and participate in completion of year end processes.
